These Terms and Conditions govern the provision of services by WYK Entertainment LTD to its clients. By engaging our services, you agree to these Terms.
1. Services
WYK Entertainment LTD provides professional event planning, production and event management services to private and corporate clients.
Services may include:
Event concept development and creative planning
Event scheduling and logistics coordination
Supplier and venue liaison
Event production planning
On-site event management
Post-event support
All services are provided on a project-by-project basis and are defined in a written proposal, scope of work or service agreement agreed with the client.
2. Role of the company
WYK Entertainment LTD acts solely as a professional services provider.
WYK Entertainment LTD does not sell or resell tickets.
WYK Entertainment LTD does not operate as a ticket broker or ticket reseller.
WYK Entertainment LTD does not act as a travel agent.
WYK Entertainment LTD does not sell flights, accommodation or transport.
WYK Entertainment LTD does not operate a membership or concierge service.
Where third-party suppliers are involved, WYK Entertainment LTD’s role is limited to planning, coordination and liaison in support of the client’s event.
3. Third-party suppliers
Events may involve third-party suppliers including venues, caterers, production partners, accommodation providers and transport operators.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing:
Contracts for third-party services are entered into directly between the client and the supplier, or
Third-party costs are clearly identified as pass-through expenses with no markup.
WYK Entertainment LTD is not responsible for the performance, acts or omissions of third-party suppliers.
4. Fees and payment
Fees charged by WYK Entertainment LTD relate solely to professional services provided.
Invoices may include:
Event planning fees
Event production fees
Event management fees
Payment terms will be outlined in the relevant proposal or invoice.
WYK Entertainment LTD does not hold client funds for the purpose of reselling goods or services.
5. Confidentiality
WYK Entertainment LTD treats client information as confidential and handles it in accordance with professional standards.
Confidential information will only be shared where necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Non-disclosure agreements are available upon request.
6. Client responsibilities
The client agrees to provide accurate and timely information and to approve plans, schedules and deliverables within reasonable timeframes.
The client agrees to comply with applicable laws, regulations and venue requirements.
Delays caused by the client may impact timelines and delivery.
7. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, WYK Entertainment LTD’s liability is limited to the fees paid for the services giving rise to the claim.
WYK Entertainment LTD shall not be liable for indirect, consequential or economic loss.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability for fraud or wilful misconduct.
8. Cancellation and termination
Either party may terminate an engagement in accordance with the terms set out in the relevant proposal or service agreement.
Fees for work completed up to the date of termination remain payable.
9. Force majeure
WYK Entertainment LTD shall not be liable for failure or delay in performance caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, government restrictions, strikes, venue closures or supplier failure.
10. Governing law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
